By accessing or using LaborTeck Custom 3D ("we," "our," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Products & Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Product colors and dimensions may vary slightly from photos. Prices are subject to change without notice.

3. Safety Warning & Liability Disclaimer

Some of our products are manufactured using 3D printing technology. Due to the nature of 3D printed materials, breakage may occur under stress or impact, which can result in small pieces or sharp fragments that may pose a choking hazard. These products are not suitable for young children or individuals who may place small objects in their mouth.

It is your responsibility to carefully read all product descriptions, warnings, and intended use information before purchasing. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the product details and agree to assume all risks associated with the use of that product.

LaborTeck Custom 3D is not liable for any damages, injuries, or harm caused by the use or misuse of any product sold on this site. This includes but is not limited to injuries resulting from product breakage, improper use, or use by individuals for whom the product is not intended.

4. Wholesale Reseller Responsibility

Wholesalers who purchase products from LaborTeck Custom 3D for the purpose of resale are solely responsible for ensuring that all applicable safety warnings, liability disclaimers, and product information — including but not limited to choking hazard warnings and intended use notices — are clearly displayed to their end customers at the point of sale.

LaborTeck Custom 3D is not liable for any damages, injuries, or harm caused by products sold through wholesalers or their downstream channels. By purchasing products under a wholesale agreement, the wholesaler accepts full responsibility for the safe and compliant resale of those products and agrees to indemnify LaborTeck Custom 3D against any claims arising from their resale activities.

5. Payment

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the full order amount including applicable taxes and shipping. All sales are in USD.

6. Shipping

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including product designs, images, and text, is owned by LaborTeck Custom 3D or our licensed designers and may not be reproduced without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LaborTeck Custom 3D shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.
